My booking was released

Desks, offices and car bays that aren't checked in in time are released so someone else can use them. You get an email when it happens.

To keep your booking, check in on the day, from Home, My bookings or the link in your reminder email. Turn on the Check-in reminder in Settings so you don't forget.

A booking can also be cancelled by an admin, for example when a floor closes or a space changes. You get an email saying so.
