I can't find a space or a page

A day can't be picked

Weekends, closures and days beyond your booking window can't be booked. After the office closes, today can't be picked either.

A space says Restricted for you

It's allocated to a team, needs a higher role, or is permanently someone's desk. Its panel says which.

A floor has no plan

The level may still be a draft. Its spaces may still be bookable from the List view. Ask an admin to publish it.

I can't book a car bay or office

These are for EA / EO and above. Ask your EA to book for you.

I can't see an Admin page

Admin pages only appear for the roles that can use them. See Roles explained.

Find my colleague doesn't show names

Your organisation has turned off showing who booked each space, or that person hides their bookings.
