Axlespace helps organisations share desks, rooms and car bays. This page is the honest version of what that does and doesn't mean. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Bookings aren't guarantees

A booking reserves a space in Axlespace. Closures, maintenance, changes by your admins or someone else sitting there can still get in the way. Bookings that aren't checked in may be released for others.

Floor plans aren't safety plans

Floor plans are drawn by your organisation's admins and may not be to scale. Exits, first-aid kits, defibrillators and fire extinguishers are shown where they were placed. They don't replace your building's evacuation plans, signage or emergency procedures.

Room availability

Where meeting rooms are linked to Microsoft 365 calendars, availability depends on those calendars and can briefly lag behind changes made there.

Reports are indicative

Utilisation and attendance reports are calculated from check-ins, so they depend on people checking in. Use them alongside your own knowledge of the office, and not as the only basis for a decision about a person.

Not workplace, legal or safety advice

Axlespace is a booking tool. It doesn't give workplace-relations, legal, or work health and safety advice.

Third parties

Links to other sites and integrations with other services, such as Microsoft 365, are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
