Reminders and notifications

Axlespace sends emails and Outlook calendar updates for your bookings:

• a confirmation when you, or someone else, books for you
• a reminder the working day before
• a check-in reminder on the day, with a link that checks you in
• a notice when a booking is cancelled or released

Turn each one on or off in Settings. Your organisation sets the reminder times.

The bell

The bell in the top bar shows how many notifications you haven't read. Open it for the latest, or select View all for the full list. Mark all read clears the count.
