The menu

The menu down the left side (behind the menu button on a phone) has four places everyone uses:

Menu item	What it's for
Home	Today's bookings, the rest of your week and who from your team is in
Book	Desks, meeting rooms and car bays on the floor plan
My bookings	Check in, change or cancel what you've booked
Find my colleague	Where someone is sitting on a day

Admins also see Admin. Select it to open its pages underneath.

On a computer you can shrink the menu to icons with the arrow at its top, or press [ to collapse and ] to expand it.

The top bar

• Support opens the guide for the page you're on, this help centre, and ways to report a problem or suggest an idea.
• The bell shows your latest notifications. View all opens the full list.
• Your name opens Settings, Appearance (light, dark or system) and Sign out.

Home

Today shows what you've booked and which teammates are in. If you haven't booked, you can book from here. With a usual desk that's one tap.

Later this week and Next week show each working day, what you've booked, and how many from your team are in.
