Drafts and publishing

Keep changes hidden in a draft until they're ready, then publish.

For Properties admins and System admins. If you don't see this in your menu, ask an admin in your organisation.

Each level shows its status next to the level picker:

  • Draft: hidden from staff
  • Published: staff can book it

Publish a new level

Select More, then Publish. Staff can book it straight away.

Change a published level

A published plan is locked so staff aren't booking a plan that's moving under them.

  1. Select Create draft. Staff keep booking the live version.
  2. Make your changes in the draft.
  3. Select More, then Publish draft. It becomes the new version and the old one is archived.

Discard draft throws the changes away and keeps the live plan. Bookings that no longer fit the new version are cancelled and the people told.

Unpublish hides a level from staff until you publish it again.
