Roles explained

Everyone in Axlespace has one role. Each role can do everything the roles above it in this table can.

Role	What it adds
R1 Standard user	Book desks and meeting rooms for yourself, one desk at a time
R2 EA / EO	Book offices and car bays, book for other people and visitors, and book several desks at once
R3 Properties admin	Floor plans, booking rules, everyone's bookings, reports, the audit log, and inviting people
R4 System admin	Change roles, Microsoft Entra ID sign-in and sync, and the organisation's logo

You can see your role on Settings and in the menu with your name.

Some spaces are also limited to a team or a minimum role. If a space shows Restricted for you, its panel says why.
