Book a car bay
Book a bay in the office car park, with your desk or on its own.
For EA / EO and above. If you don't see this in your menu, ask an admin in your organisation.
Car bays are for EA / EO and above. If you're a Standard user, your EA can book one for you.
- Select Book and choose Car bay at the top.
- Choose the office, the car park level and the day.
- Tap a free bay on the map. Use Filters to find EV charging or accessible bays.
- Choose who it's for under Book for, then book and confirm.
Car bays are booked for the whole day. Like desks, they need a check-in on the day or they're released.
The List view shows every bay with its level and features, and On map shows where it is. Directions to the car park show on the page when your organisation has added them.
