Find my colleague
See where a colleague is sitting on a day, or when they're next in.
- Select Find my colleague in the menu.
- Start typing their name and pick them from the list.
- Choose a day (today is picked for you) and select Search.
If they've booked, you'll see where and when, whether they've checked in, and a small map of their spot. Open map shows it on the full floor plan.
If they haven't booked that day, you'll see their next booking in the next two weeks, with View to jump to it.
Names only show if your organisation has turned on Show staff who booked each space in Booking rules, and people can hide their own bookings. EA / EOs and admins always see names.
Home also shows how many from your team are in each day.
