Check in
Check in on the day so your desk, office or car bay isn't released.
Checking in tells your organisation you came in. Desks, offices and car bays that aren't checked in in time are released so someone else can use them. Meeting rooms don't need a check-in.
Check in
On the day, select Check in on any of these:
- the booking on Home
- the booking in My bookings
- the space's panel on the floor plan
- the link in your check-in reminder email
The button tells you when it opens or closes, for example Check in from 09:30 or Check-in closed at 10:00.
When bookings are released
- A booking that starts by the release time (often 10:00) must be checked in by then.
- A booking that starts later must be checked in within a set time after it starts.
- When a booking is released, you get an email (unless you've turned that off in Settings).
Your organisation sets these times. The note at the top of My bookings shows yours.
