Reports

How well your space is used, by office, day, team and desk.

For Properties admins and System admins. If you don't see this in your menu, ask an admin in your organisation.

Open Admin, then Reports. Reports are based on check-ins, not just bookings, so they show who actually came in.

Choose an office (or all) and a period of 2, 4 or 6 weeks.

  • Utilisation, Check-in rate, Released and Busiest day across the top
  • By office, By day of week and By team
  • Desk heatmap: how often each desk on a floor was checked in to, to help plan neighbourhoods

Export CSV downloads the office, day and team tables.
